Hotel was clean and very accommodating. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area and eager to assist. Great location to dining, shopping, sightseeing and tour connections. The general manager Ryan was continually going above and beyond! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
4 Stars – Very Convenient This hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of downtown Sitka, making it a very convenient option for anyone wanting to be close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Although I didn’t stay overnight, the property looked clean and well-kept both inside and out. The staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming, which left a positive impression. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for convenience and a central location.
Nice place and clean, room service is every week so if you stay there for a few days you won’t have room cleaning and service during your stay but rooms are fully equipped with a mini kitchen and dishes and plates and a stove top. Full size fridge and the facility has many access doors that make it very accessible from different sides depending on where you park or walk from.
Aspen gives you a stay which is minimal. It is safe clean but little interaction.
