Extremely wonderful owner to work with. You would have to actually voluntarily walk away from your storage to lose it. He is a very decent man, who has understanding, and would do most anything to make an arrangement so you wouldn't lose your belongings. Fortunately, I haven't had to test this, but there's just something about his character that tells you he manages his place as a reasonable, moral, respectable business to the mutual benefit to Self and community.
