While I have no particular complaints about the therapist, Aspen Therapy seems to have the administrative capability and customer service level of a non-existent Administrative department. Rather than professionally resolving and communicating, it has turned into a dead-end aspect where I'm not sure why a company wants to accept patients when they are not willing to equally do the required part of their contracts in order to retain those clients while properly doing the paperwork required to get reimbursed for services offer... read more
I met with Lisa and I had already had a really bad experience with a new provider this week. Lisa was like a breath of fresh air. She was well prepared and had thoroughly reviewed my case before even seeing me. She made sure I was comfortable , that I understood what the process was and was just extremely thorough. My daughter (5 years old) has been going to Aspen Speech Therapy in Fort Collins for almost two years, and she loves it. Everyone who works there is very friendly. Her speech therapist, Miss Heidi, is very attentive to my daughter’s specific needs and speech goals. She is kind and patient with my daughter. I appreciate how knowledgeable Miss Heidi is and always explains to me what they work on in their sessions. We love Aspen Speech Therapy! We have seen both Lisa and Conrad. They have both been wonderful. They communicate well so to make the best treatment plan for my little one. She is on the young side and has difficulty focusing but they are so kind and never get frustrated with her. Their front desk is also very kind and has worked with us to find the right schedule for us. We appreciate how accommodating they are! We have had nothing but a wonderful experience at Aspen Speech Therapy! Would recommend to anyone!
I have never been to a place with better staff. Mrs. Cassy is amazing with scheduling and handling everything. My son loves his therapists Mrs.A and Mrs. Heidi. They are amazing working with him and his outbursts. Mrs. Heidi and mrs. A are so paitent with my son
