Lin B. Got out spa from Aspen Spas. The experience was pleasant, Dan was patient and informative, and the delivery guys, Connor and Fernando, were equally knowledgeable and informative. You can't go wrong with Aspen Spas!!!
We loved our experience buying a spa at Aspen Spas. The sales staff helped us through every step of the process: answering our questions but not every pressuring us. We settled on a Pinnacle GS and we love it. The routine maintenance is not as difficult as I thought it would be.
Aspen Spa recommends dealers, vendors and installers who operate without licenses or insurance which is illegal, unlicensed activity. They have been made aware that Discount Spa, Gary Sanders in South Florida has caused damages and still recommends them. Verify the vendors they recommend or you will get screwed.
We just got our spa delivered Monday 2/18/19. We absolutely love it! Our experience with Aspen was wonderful. We met with Dan 3 times before we decided to purchase and he was patient and not pushy everytime. He walked us through the ins and outs and answered all of our questions. The Saturday before you get your spa delivered they offer a spa class, which I would highly recommend. Delivery went very smoothly, and after set up the installer went over the chemicals again.
We just had our spa delivered and it is wonderful! The people at Aspen are so easy to work with. No hassles what so ever. Great people and a family owned business with an American made product.
I have been a customer of Aspen Spas for 16 years and have always found them to be a great company to work with. I am in the process of buying my second hot tub from them. My first one was still operational, but I was ready for an upgrade. I am looking forward to many years of relaxation using my new tub. You will not find a company that will give you better service than Aspen. Go by their showroom and check out the tubs and there other lines of products.
On Monday the great people of Aspen Spas delivered our new Arcadia Spa. Our original Avalanche spa we first purchased from them 17 years years ago finally was upgraded and boy was it an upgrade. In STL or in the surrounding midwest the ONLY place to look for and purchase a spa is ASPEN SPAS! You can shop all the other places if you want but in the end ASPEN is where the educated, savvy consumer buys. They have the best quality and you can customize your spa to what your taste is. I purchased a spa from Aspen. It was a pre-owned Aspen BRAND that had been refurbished by them in their shop. It was also delivered and installed by Aspen. Problems began right away. It leaked. They "fixed" it under the six month warranty. Then it leaked some more. And some more. And again. Then a pressure filter problem. They had to return at least 5 times. Great place to buy a spa. Very helpful and go out of their way to provide the best services. Only local manufacturer of hot tubs and their prices are hard to beat. Sure you can get one at your local big box store but don't hold your breath for warrenty service. We've been dealing with them for over 3 years you can't go wrong
