Great customer service...this place ROCKS!! I went to some other car stereo stores in town and they treated me like I was a stupid female. I was very frustrated and ready to give up, but was tired of my crappy radio in my car.....so I stopped at Aspen sound on Division. Darion and Brian spent time with me and showed me several radios and speakers. I ended up purchasing a new radio and a cool Viper Alarm that allows me to start my car from anywhere and track my car if it is ever stolen. I really, really love my stuff! Thanks ... read more

DON'T GO TO ASPEN SOUND This place is bad. I had them install a car alarm it cost me $500. The car alarm is draining my battery. It ruined my battery and I had to have my battery replaced. I called them and told them that they may have fried the wiring in my car. They want to charge me $200-300 (labor charges?!?) to remove the alarm system. So it will cost me $700-800 dollars for an alarm system that will no longer be in my car. I will have paid them $700-800 for absolutely nothing!! Aspen Sound is just as good at home installs as they are for vehicles! I am a long time customer and recently had Aspen Sound install a home system for me. I was concerned that since it was a brand new house, that it would mess up walls etc. installing what we talked about. When completed, my install looked as if it was part of the house. purchased car stereo products for my 2015 mustang in the Spokane Valley. Had the equipment installed at the north Spokane store. The initial install was so so. Car was left messy and one Item was mounted not in the place I asked it to be. The system sounded good though. Then next day when I opened the door to the car there was a loud popping and thumping sounds from the speakers. Called Aspen Sound they said bring it back.
