worst service ever I went here because I did not like a price Car Toys had quoted me for my deck and radar install. Man do I wish I stayed with Car Toys. I ended up spending 2000 more than the all inclusive price I would have got if I just stuck with my proven vendor. Great customer service...this place ROCKS!! I went to some other car stereo stores in town and they treated me like I was a stupid female. I was very frustrated and ready to give up, but was tired of my crappy radio in my car.....so I stopped at Aspen sound on Division. Darion and Brian spent time with me and showed me several radios and speakers. I ended up purchasing a new radio and a cool Viper Alarm that allows me to start my car from anywhere and track my car if it is ever stolen. I really, really love my stuff!
T Hubbard i have purchase several stereo and have had one install on my 2004 f-350 and it was a quality workman ship on the install . the install man was on his game he knew what he was doing and took the time to explain the main voice control commands and the camera operation for towing my 5th wheel
Aspen Sound is just as good at home installs as they are for vehicles! I am a long time customer and recently had Aspen Sound install a home system for me. I was concerned that since it was a brand new house, that it would mess up walls etc. installing what we talked about. When completed, my install looked as if it was part of the house. Awsome Job I was impressed with everything about aspen sound. Very friendly excellent costumer service. They told me it would be about an hour, 35 minutes later they were done. Prices were excellent. I will definitely be going back.
Aspen Sound! Aspen Sound in Missoula MT really goes above and beyond for all customers, I've always had a positive experience with the whole staff from the installers to the salesmen. I've always found the staff to be most knowlegable in car audio. No job i've had done has been too small nor too big.

Best Custom sound I've ever had. I had Aspen Sound put a full custom system in my car. They did great work. They kept me involved through out the process and even let me change what speakers I wanted to go with right in the middle of everything. They came out to my car with me when it was finished and went through how to operate the system and told me that if there was anything that I needed explained or if I wanted to change anything to just let them know.
