It was very convenient booking the appt. They worked around my child's school schedule. The night of the study they made me very comfortable, extra blankets, drinks, etc. Pleasant room, the staff put my child at ease when they were hooking her up, she was wired for sound! When it came to meeting with Dr. Coats he took his time & really explained everything that was going on & how we would proceed with treatment. He was available when adjustments were needed as well. I highly recommend them.
