I recently experienced significant damage to the roof of my home due to a bad hail storm, this is the first claim I have ever had to file through my insurance company and was feeling a little overwhelmed with the whole process. Doug ********** of Aspen just completed replacement of our home's roof and garage due to hail damage. What a wonderful experience working with a contractor that truly cares about his work and his customer.I found Aspen through the **** ******* website. Excellent communication, providing a fair estimate and completed the job quickly, worked well with our insurance company and mortgage lender. Doug and his team were extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. He was quite patient with us as we had some difficulty in deciding what work we wanted to get done and when. They were prompt and on time for the duration of the job and even went out of their way to keep things comfortable at the house even when there were issues that were out of their control. We recently had all our windows with the exception of the basement replaced and I cannot express enough how thrilled we are not only with the windows but also with the service. Doug was fantastic to work with and his crew went above and beyond - they were courteous, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Our entire experience was top notch!

Doug and his team were awesome! They did a job for us no one else wanted to do. They removed three 2 ft x 2 ft stationary windows and replaced them with single hung windows that are 2 ft x 52 inches. They did an excellent installation and we are now flooded with light! He ordered, delivered and installed them on time and completed their part of the job in one day. We couldn't be happier and recommend them to everyone.
