I needed to have an existing shower panel modified for my aging father in law. We needed a new panel with handles to help with his balance getting in and out of the shower. Tom with Aspen Shower Glass worked with us and did a great job. Because the shower glass was older and not easy to find in stock, Tom worked to find matching glass. We have been trying to find someone to replace our old chrome sliding shower door for some time. Multiple people said they would come and give us an estimate and never showed up. One company gave us a really high estimate. I found Tommy’s name on Nextdoor. I submitted a request for info on his website the Friday after Thanksgiving. He responded that day! Sadly, I feel like I am reading reviews of another company, not the one that I have dealt with. I had a frameless glass shower enclosure installed on 6/28/22. Everything went fine initially, but in early November the door apparently slipped out of adjustment and it won’t close properly. The receipt that I received said that Aspen Shower Door provides a 1 year workmanship warranty, so I contacted them and asked if someone could stop by to readjust the door.
