The therapists and aides are incredibly supportive and kind, making sure you are progressing well and doing things the right way. They are professional but made it a fun, enjoyable experience to be there. I learned a lot about how to cope with my fibromyalgia and about how easy daily exercises can be with dedication and hard work. If I ever need PT again, I would 100% go back there!
They are great! Did Shockwaves to the bottom of my foot and did some home exercises. Between those 2 things, my foot feels so much better. For a moment, I didn't think it would work but it did. Felt it feel "normal" after about 5 weeks. The staff there is just simply amazing. They really do care and want you to get your life back on track. I highly recommend going to Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy in Syracuse. The whole team here are so caring and wonderful. Taige at the front desk is amazing and so sweet. She always has a bright smile for you to start the appointment. The providers Jordan and Ellie are very knowledgeable and made it so that I wanted to come to every appointment. After a truly awful year where it felt like everything went wrong, this place gave me my life back. I broke toes on one foot twice, then developed plantar fasciitis in the other. The pain was so bad that I would wake up screaming in the morning, unable to put my foot on the ground. My podiatrist recommended this physical therapy office, and I’m so grateful they did.
