The whole group at Aspen is always very welcoming and knowledgeable. They make PT fun and every single client’s biggest cheerleader. I’m glad I chose this facility to help me push through after my full knee surgery. They have made a positive difference in helping in my recovery.
They are great! Did Shockwaves to the bottom of my foot and did some home exercises. Between those 2 things, my foot feels so much better. For a moment, I didn't think it would work but it did. Felt it feel "normal" after about 5 weeks. The staff there is just simply amazing. They really do care and want you to get your life back on track. I highly recommend going to Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy in Syracuse. The whole team here are so caring and wonderful. Taige at the front desk is amazing and so sweet. She always has a bright smile for you to start the appointment. The providers Jordan and Ellie are very knowledgeable and made it so that I wanted to come to every appointment. Where do I begin!! The entire staff is second to none. I had both knees replaced and was most fortunate to rehab at Aspen Ridge. Jordan is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He hired the right people who also know what they are doing. You are always greeted with a soft voice and warm smile from Taige upon entering the clinic. Jordan and the staff at Aspen ridge Ridge physical therapy are amazing. They are always willing to accommodate my schedule and I love all of the different modality options like shock wave therapy and dry needling. The needling is the only thing that has given my shoulder and neck pain relief. Highly recommend!
