They are the WORST out there in the industry. I moved into one of their condos two months ago, and nothing works. I have lived in the cold, wearing jackets inside because the heating doesn't work. Now I'm living in a furnace because even the cooling doesn't work. I'm not able to sleep during the night and walk during the day because it's hot beyond imagination. Moving in a condo that is still building can be challenging. Victoria and her team have made this process easier. I would like to thank Victoria for her support and her professionalism. She replies emails in a timely manner and gladly assists me with no hesitations. Customer care technicians / contractors are caring and polite.
