Aspen Quality Care is just that. Quality care that the owners, and staff, can and should be proud of. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable for the residents and their families. Melanie and Jonathan Bess have created an environment that is relaxing and secure. The staff are treated very well, and their goal is to provide excellent care. My dad spent the last month of his life at Aspen with assistance from Hospice of Spokane. We could not have found a better, more welcoming place on such short notice. The staff was very attentive and caring. The private room was clean, homey, and warm. Aspen really did help us make the best of our dad's end of life situation. Thank you, Erica, Sheri, Liz, Haylee, Silver, Chris, and Jorge.

My parents were the first residents of Aspen Quality Care. Over the next three years, I was continually pleased and amazed by the professional and loving care they received. Melanie has a true gift for working with family members and hiring the very best staff ever. I could not possibly be more sincere about recommending this facility for someone you love.

I have my Mom at Aspen and there is not another place that I would have her at. I checked out several places but when I came to Aspen it was warm and extremely friendly. The owners and caregivers treat each resident as if they are their family and they treat the family like that too. The food is homemade and is excellent and if you need a special diet they do that to. My mom has been in other assisted living places but this is the first time she calls this one her home.
