RecommendedMy Mother lived there for over 2 years. The entire staff was very caring and friendly. She recently passed away but and some of the staff was even in tears. They really cared about her.
My mom has been there been Almost 3 years and she has never been happier. The care is so loving. I wouldn't have her anywhere else
They have no interest in improving
the owners are amazing people the house is just beautiful residents are awesome plus the employees are just great with the residents and they are. happy ☺ all in all Aspen health is the best place to work for whether you're in Wilbur or Spokane. Aspen is just wonderful place. If I had to put my family in a home I would want it to be here or the Wilbur home.
My parents were the first residents of Aspen Quality care. Over the next three years, I was continually pleased and amazed by the professional and loving care they received. Melanie has true gift for working with family members and hiring the very best staff ever. I could not possibly be more sincere about recommending this facility for someone you love.
Jonathan & Melanie have taken senior care to a whole new level! I have had the pleasure of working with them over the past couple years supplying their residents incontinent supply needs. I have been in literally thousands of adult family homes over the years and theirs is one of my favorites. It's not just a nice house with a good staff, you can really tell that their hearts are in this and that they have truly been called to take care of seniors.
