In and out with in 45 mins.follow the directions .go around the building you will see shipping first on your right hand side and then receiving.They also have a scale on your way out.trailer should be clean and tandems should be all the way back for loading/unloading.no overnight parking but you can can park outside in an open lot. loaded in about 16 minutes. had to count pallets and write the number of pallets on the bills. one of the fastest loads I've ever been to. Saturday. Appointment from 7 to 10am. Arrived at 9am
