Stayed at one of Aspen’s air b n b properties in Florida over the weekend. Encountered so many issues from cockroaches to ants to broken ac to broken locks…this list goes on. After reaching out all weekend and hearing nothing back….here was her response to my final email with the list of issues we encountered: *see attached photo Wouldn’t want to do business with this human in any capacity ever again. Would give her 0/5 stars if I could.

Aspen is super knowledgable about Orange County and the real estate market! She is extraordinarily helpful and met all of my concerns with grace and empathy.
