Meh, It's not bad, just kids running around all the time is crazy to me
4 Stars only, but not because they cant get to 5 ✨️ easily. I have lived here at Apen pointe for 13months and I have have many wonderful experiences while being here. The park has worked hard to clean up any vacant manufactured homes. They have decorated for every holiday and opened up the office for many events for the community in this time. The manager has spent countless hours on the phone helping us fix issues we encountered. While yes you occasionally see officers they live in the park, and also some have family here. ... read more
