Landlords are slum lords. Complex got condemned and the management has been horrible. No communication what so ever. May rent was “returned” as a pro-rated amount which is petty to begin with. To make matters worse checks issued have all tenants names on it, which is not cashable, and they refuse to re-write the check. They do not deserve to be in business anymore. Stay as far away from any property owned by KDR Reality
