Jenn was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The check-in process was incredibly quick and easy she was efficient, friendly, and made everything feel seamless. On top of that, she surprised us with an upgrade, which completely exceeded our expectations and made our trip even better. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and attentive, and Jenn truly set the tone for a great experience. I will always choose Sixt when flying into the Aspen airport!
I booked a vehicle with Sixt trough Expedia on October 28th to be picked up November 21st, so three weeks ahead just to be told today by the manager Irving that I have been blocked and he cannot give me a vehicle.He gave me a customer service number to call stating he doesn’t know what the issue is.After half an hour on the phone with their representatives I was told that their accounting department has me blocked for reasons unknown and it would take 10-15 days to resolve meaning the booking I made three weeks ago will not ... read more
