I had a great experience with my rental! Austin was incredibly helpful—he held my car for an hour when my flight was delayed, which I really appreciated. I ended up with a Mini Countryman, and it was excellent—new car ,very economical, and better than I expected overall. Highly recommend!

I rented a car from this Sixt location and returned it in perfect condition. There were no staff present when I dropped it off, so I followed the instructions and left the vehicle in the designated area. Weeks later, I received a damage claim for something that clearly did not happen while the car was in my possession.
