Excellent patient care and service from Dr. Steadman, NP Steadman and Rebecca. My son needed his wisdom teeth out. They were welcoming, informative and genuinely compassionate. They have a lovely relaxing waiting room as well! Thank you so much for a good dental surgery experience for our son!
I have very bad dental anxiety and was a bit nervous about going here. But the people here were wonderful to me and very kind, so it helped me feel a little bit more comfortable. They helped me get the work done I needed!!
Had a referral sent here for wisdom teeth removal so I gave them a call this morning & was told I would be on hold. The woman on the phone never put me on hold she set the phone down and continued to have a 20 minute conversation (yes 20 minutes I listened to this) with her coworker (I could hear everything) about foster cats and dogs, talking about taking time off & then talked about a woman of color. I got a referral from my dentist to have all my teeth removed. So They called me once I tried to call him again because I have not heard from them whatsoever. I left them a voicemail, no call back. I just left another voicemail today. And I'm definitely not expecting a call back from them. They're extremely unprofessional, and they don't know how to answer to the phone when they're open
