I have very bad dental anxiety and was a bit nervous about going here. But the people here were wonderful to me and very kind, so it helped me feel a little bit more comfortable. They helped me get the work done I needed!!
Had a referral sent here for wisdom teeth removal so I gave them a call this morning & was told I would be on hold. The woman on the phone never put me on hold she set the phone down and continued to have a 20 minute conversation (yes 20 minutes I listened to this) with her coworker (I could hear everything) about foster cats and dogs, talking about taking time off & then talked about a woman of color. I got a referral from my dentist to have all my teeth removed. So They called me once I tried to call him again because I have not heard from them whatsoever. I left them a voicemail, no call back. I just left another voicemail today. And I'm definitely not expecting a call back from them. They're extremely unprofessional, and they don't know how to answer to the phone when they're open
I hate to say it, but after reading the reviews it seems that there is a pattern of behavior at this office. My son went with his girlfriend to her wisdom tooth extraction appointment and she was turned away due to them not feeling comfortable with her autism. They also said that her pain wasn't due to the impacted tooth that she was referred by her dentist for. It seems that they may treat patients differently that have state insurance.
