We purchased Nine Grain from a local market in Panguitch. Although the bread had good flavor, it fell apart when attempting to eat it as a sandwich bread. It also fell apart when we grilled one side lightly in a separate instance. The bread was within the expiration date of 6/17.
We have been eating their breads for years, always good. Favorite was the Nine Grain. Checked on Yuka app, they gave it a 100/100. Noticed in the last few months, that they have changed the recipe. Not as many grains, taste like overly processed regular bread and not like the grain filled bread that was coarse and crunchy like it was. Yuka now gives it a 90./100. What gives….very unhappy with the change….
It is amazing. Basic ingredients and incredible flavor.
Love the cinnamon chip loaf. The problem, I could eat the whole loaf in one day. Love this bread.
