About this business
We are an oxygen testing company that has been in business since 2001. We test patient's oxygen levels for insurances, doctors, and durable medical equipment companies. We do nocturnal testing, rest and exercise testing, and in home sleep studies. Normally we go to patient's homes to administer these tests and drop off equipment to them. We return to pick up the equipment as well.

My first, and last experience with Aspen Medical Monitoring was a disaster, start-to-finish. I cannot and will not recommend the services of Aspen Medical Monitoring for multiple reasons: • They do not communicate well amongst themselves, with the Doctor, or with the patient. Aspen Medical Monitoring's billing practices are terrible. Elaine is rude and doesn't send timely bills and then denies getting paid. She emails bills without permission and then calls stating pmt is late when in actuality, the email went into spam and I didn't receive it. Then when it got paid, she claimed it didn't - we discussed that she'd wait for the check. THREE months later I get a bill threatening collections when I had no idea she didn't get a check. I was surprised to receive a bill for a medical test from Aspen Medical Monitoring, since I had not knowingly done business with them. When I called my insurance company to investigate, I was even more surprised to discover that my insurance company values the test at, and will pay, $26.77 to an in-network provider. But, Elaine of Aspen Medical Monitoring values the test at almost FIVE times that amount, at $125.
