Extremely disappointing interactions. All the reviews already posted are what I also experienced. POOR company, RUDE interactions, lack of communication. I will never do business with this company again and am also informing my physician of the way that this woman does business.
This place is a scam! This company will not include paper work with billing to insurance thus you have to pay or be sent to collections. Please do not do business with these people.
I was surprised to receive a bill for a medical test from Aspen Medical Monitoring, since I had not knowingly done business with them. When I called my insurance company to investigate, I was even more surprised to discover that my insurance company values the test at, and will pay, $26.77 to an in-network provider. But, Elaine of Aspen Medical Monitoring values the test at almost FIVE times that amount, at $125.
