This was my obgyn for the last 2 of my pregnancies however over the years they have changed tremendously!!! My appointment was 2 weeks ago the nurse practitioner said she sent my labs to labcorp, here I am sitting at labcorp for 3 hours for them to tell me they don’t have an order. Awful service. This is my first pregnancy and the staff is so rude upfront. I was 7 mins late to my appointment due to an emergency and she was so rude and not understanding, raising her voice and taking over me. She told me to reschedule and it's my fault. It literally took me telling her I would rather switch offices or doctors completely before she said that she wasn't canceling my appointment just that she would still see me just not for however long the ultrasound was for.
