One of the worse doctor's office I have ever been to. All they want is money. They do not release your blood work result unless you go into the office so they can collect another office charge. I never ever had a DR do this for me.
I came here because I wanted my baby delivered by a woman I wanted to know the dr. And feel comfortable with them....the whole time I saw lacaseo and then when I went into have the baby the man dr. Delivered by baby I was there for 3days!!! They really only think of you as money so heartbreaking still to this day and my son is 6months old now...both births were horrible and it was becausenof the dr.s first one in banning. ..I don't know why I thought riverside would be any different.
This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. If I close a place down, this would be my first spot that I would be glad to close down. All the people that work there are arrogant. They look like they all smelled some sh*t when they got up in the morning.
Dr Lyseight is wonderful... but thats the only good thing about the Group. Its a group so you dont always get the doctor you want. She is the only one who speaks english of the 3 Dr's. The office isnt clean and frankly seem like a very low-income envirtonment. The office employees are horrible, not informant at all, racist when it came to giving out useful information. And they took 6+months AFTER my baby was born to give my money back that they owed me because I overpaid at my first visit (close to $400). I recommed looking... read more
