The front desk don’t care Iehp had an outage with the services with ride, share so my phone died out I was stranded a but I asked can I call my family to let them I’m out front just case they didn’t see me . It’s not my fault the insurance ride share went out . I almost overlooked this amazing clinic because of a few negative reviews. But from my heart, I can say this is the best clinic I’ve attended during my pregnancy. The doctors are genuinely friendly and deeply care about the well-being of both my baby and me.If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!"
My first appointment was great, the Dr. was helpful and.attentive. The wait time wasn't excessive. No idea what happened between then and 4 months later. Neither my pharmacist nor I could get anyone from the office on the phone in regards to a refill. As a result I was out of medication for over two weeks.I tried calling at various times through the day for 3 days. Worst experience ever. Waited 30 mins to try and reschedule over the phone and on top of that waited 1 hours to be seen while waiting for the Dr. The lady's kept saying we could wait to be seen and everyone after I arrived had left before me. To top it off the things they say of their clients and small children was rude and I will be switching Drs before delivery of my baby. This was at the Corona CA Location.
I have been there several times. Both times everyone has been nice.
