I have been there several times. Both times everyone has been nice.
They are very kind and show genuine compassion. The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. My family has been going here for years. I highly recommend Dr. Bostic for pediatrics.
Si pudiera Darles 0 estrellas lo haría, eh venido con mi esposa 2 Veces, Y las Dos veces nos han cancelado la Cita la primera por llegar 5 minutos tarde y la 2da porque simple y sencillamente la doctora no estaba, y no se tomaron la molestia de llamar y avisar, manejamos casi 40 minutos para nada, y para rematar la Señora de recepción es mal encarada y odiosa, Tiene 0 empatía, Te recomiendo que no visites Esta Clínica Son Una Basura Completamente!!!
I called this practice twice to get a new patient appointment for a pregnancy and they could not get me in for over a month each time I called. She also did not know if the practice took Tricare or not meaning that I had to call back. The receptionist's total lack of empathy, extremely long hold times, breathing into the receiver like Darth Vader shows an incredible lack of professional awareness.
