I almost overlooked this amazing clinic because of a few negative reviews. But from my heart, I can say this is the best clinic I’ve attended during my pregnancy. The doctors are genuinely friendly and deeply care about the well-being of both my baby and me.If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!"
My first appointment was great, the Dr. was helpful and.attentive. The wait time wasn't excessive. No idea what happened between then and 4 months later. Neither my pharmacist nor I could get anyone from the office on the phone in regards to a refill. As a result I was out of medication for over two weeks.I tried calling at various times through the day for 3 days. Worst experience ever. Waited 30 mins to try and reschedule over the phone and on top of that waited 1 hours to be seen while waiting for the Dr. The lady's kept saying we could wait to be seen and everyone after I arrived had left before me. To top it off the things they say of their clients and small children was rude and I will be switching Drs before delivery of my baby. This was at the Corona CA Location.
I have been there several times. Both times everyone has been nice.
They are very kind and show genuine compassion. The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. My family has been going here for years. I highly recommend Dr. Bostic for pediatrics.
