I’ve been a patient here on and off since 2020. Dr. Emeruwa is great but I would not recommend Dr. Nicole Bostic for children. The last time I brought my infant son here in April with a friend to accompany me, Dr. Bostic kept cutting me off as I was talking and was rude. I relayed an incident to her that occurred with my son while he was sleeping having to do with spit up coming out of his nose and mouth and struggling to breathe with wheezing noises until he was immediately flipped over and received pats on the back. Jasmine is super sweet!!, i’m writing this for this location so hopefully management will see. she was at the town center location today and was extremely helpful and made me feel super comfortable. i was super scared coming in since it’s the dentist lol, but she made me feel better.
The wait time is ridiculous. The lobby is dirty. Don't bother reaching for the on-call doctor because they do no different than the nurse advise line. The on-call doctor said all she could do was advise whether we should go to Urgent Care or wait for tomorrow. An AI app is likely more useful than the on-call providers.
