Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Would you recommend this nursing home to others? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The facility is small and staff go out of their way to make us feel at home.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
