My Grandmother was staying in the rehab area and the staff was nice to her, but the guest r treated like crap. The staff is insanely rude to my family, even though we make an extra effort to be polite. The patients hv to share rooms and the place is unclean. Ironically, we see them cleaning all the time, but water and rags make everything spotless. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please consider going somewhere else like St Johns if a loved one needs care.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot
