I have ordered appliance parts from Aspen for years... John and George have always treated me well.. they provide good aftermarket parts that save me money and are reliable. Perfect professional salesmanship. Well done gentlemen..
I have been ordering from them for years and I have only gotten on bad part and they replaced it with in three days. I didn't have to send the old one back.Geroge is very good at his job. Very respectfull and polite. It's a good company.
Bad communication and terrible return policy
This is a terrible company to order parts from. I have ordered parts twice and they sent the wrong part. Do not, do not order parts from this company. And the customer service is very disrespectful when you call and complain. I would not have even given one star but that is the only way you van leave a comment.
