One of the worst condo communities I had lived in. When I had rented a few years ago, the maintenance person drank my wine and had the gall to admit it in front of me, but not in front of the condo office. The lady at the condo office was mean and did not hear my side even though I had proof. The roof is not sound proof and you can hear every step that the people upstairs take at 3 am. People in this community are not it.
As a potential buyer and an investor, what I did not like about this community is the restriction on renting your unit when you decide to find a bigger home for your family. The bylaws stats "only 30% of the units are allowed to rent" If you'd like to rent your unit, you'll have to be on a waitlist. There are total of 300 units and only allowed are 90 units for leased. Though the community is beautiful, it's not for me.
I'm no happy with the cleaning service. Check building 4 carpet 1 floor
