This place would get less than one star if that were possible. There are so many things wrong with this place. Don't expect to have working appliances or a clean apartment. Don't expect a professional repair man to fix anything correctly in that place. Don't expect professionalism at all! Mold covered up with new plastic shower walls. Mold dripping out of sinks. Maintenance man Chuck goes into your apartment whenever he wants. You can call Aspen management and complain to James and he will swear at you and call you a liar. H... read more
They will keep your security deposit and blame it on "having no record" of it. As well as they will evict you without giving a reason which is illegal in the state of Wisconsin. They do not keep up on maintenance. I have contacted several times about mold in my pipes and they do not care. As well as, the property manager will enter your home without giving notice. Do NOT rent from these people.
