In December of 2021, I booked a limo, the booking process was long and drawn out and the customer service wasn't very good. Someone with the company called 30 or so minutes before we were supposed to get picked up for a holiday lights tour, they called and CANCELED. They tried to offer my significantly downgraded service, to which I refused and I requested an immediate refund, which I was told would be processed immediately. It wasn't. I booked a limo to surprise my wife for her 30th birthday, 28 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup, I received a phone call that the driver wouldn't be coming. I requested an immediate refund, which I did not receive. I called and waited on a very long hold, I was told the manager was "too busy" and would "call me back." My phone never rang, no one ever called. So, I called again, same issue. It took 4 months and a 45 minute phone call to receive my refund and a very lackluster apology.
