Predatory business practices. I was quoted 5 different numbers and would not honor any documentation provided by them to us. We finally came to an agreement for the services we needed and then the receipt provided was significantly over and above what we discussed on the phone for over 25 minutes. When trying to clear this up with the exact same representative from 20 minutes prior, he was intolerably sanctimonious and wouldn't even admit to having a conversation with me. BUYER BEWARE. They DO NOT have commercial insurance needed to operate a limo service. I got into a car accident and with them and when I called the insurance company about my injuries, I was told they only had personal insurance on the cars. Beware. Nice guy but you’re taking a big risk getting into their car. - UPDATE - SOME of their cars MAY have commercial coverage....NOT all of them as MY insurance company had to pay for my injuries... Worse driver experience ever. Driver did not know where to go. It was a light tour. He knew of no lights. Would not play Christmas music. We were so hot in back, would not open window or turn heat down. It was literally a joke! Should get reimbursed!!
Please use another limo service! We booked with them, were charged 2 days before our requested date and driver never showed up. Aspen called 30 minutes before expected arrival and said they were unable to provide us a limo. We recommend hiring anyone else but Aspen. Too risky!
