If I could give negative stars I would. I was matched with them through a utah state site for low income households. Andrew Fox gave me a cap and began working on my case. Andrew is then fired. After 4 months we find out he was fired because he was making these promises. I was assigned Navid and they had zero intentions of upholding the FIRMS agreement with me without telling me.
