this rental has serious maintenance & habitability problems . there is water damage & rotting wood behind the walls, mold/mildew concerns, and doors/frames that are falling apart & pest are baddd, the dishwasher is full of standing water & unusable . despite these unsafe and unsanitary conditions, management still expects full rent while ignoring repair requests . tenants deserve better do not recommend renting here !!!
This place is extremely unprofessional. DON’T BELIEVE ME ? Call this place right now I guarantee there is no one available to even answer the phone. It will go straight to voicemail. I don’t even stay have nor have I ever stayed here however I know 2 people who have and their experiences were so bad with roaches and poor maintenance. My daughter’s mom literally just paid her deposit and signed her agreement and came to pick up her key only to be given a key to a unit she never applied for nor even toured. Had an appointment to tour the complex and no one was at the office. We waited for 30 minutes and called twice, office was locked and no one was answering the phone.
I wasn't going to do this until I saw that I got hit with more emails after the very disappointing experience I had as someone apartment hunting. I thought the 9am text I got was a mistake because I already had the virtual tour in the office, which was locked at first even though the sign said open. I hope code enforcement and the city is breathin down y'all's necks. Ms. Lopez had already pissed me off with her response, don't test me by spamming my phone and email when I ain't even a tenant.
My move-in at Aspen Landing Apartments has been seamless! The apartment is great, and I had the pleasure of meeting one of their staff, Cee Cee, who has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. I hope to continue experiencing this level of excellent service and support from the team. She made my transition so smooth! -
