Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. From the office staff to property management, this place has been one disappointment after another. I tried to be patient and understanding because the property has gone through three different management companies in the past year, but at this point the lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable. Me and my boyfriend have been living here for a couple of months and from off rip we were already racially filed based off of the fact that we’re mixed a couple. This complex is a joke literally apartments are infested with roaches. I’ve been dealing with roaches since I moved in last year all management does is spray the unit which isn’t effective at all. You also don’t get any amenities the gym is always closed due to broken equipment inside never gets replaced. 2 pools out here that have been closed all summer pretty sure they only filled them up to make it look presentable while giving tours for apartments. REAL TENANT ..REAL REVIEW My family and I moved here 5/12/24. However we didn’t get moved into our apartment until a week later due to them cleaning & “ remodeling “ from the last tenants. Once we did move in , it was like nothing was done, it was infected w/ roaches ,mold, rats & bats. You can tell that the last tenants let’s their pets use the bathroom all over the carpets.
