Horrible experience. She acted as if I was lying about my symptoms. Didn't do anything to investigate my health concerns. Looked and acted like I was a massive inconvenience. Horrible attitude.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. I traveled all the way from Norwich to be at this appointment only to get my concerns dismissed and treated horribly. In 2018 I started going to upstate university in Syracuse and was going for years they were absolutely amazing. I regret switching here. I switched because of transportation problems and needed somewhere closer and ensured they had my medical records and diagnosis from upstate university rheumatology. My step dad sees Dr. D’Angelo alternating with Dr. Dura at Lourdes Rheumatology and we have never had a negative experience. She is always patient, attentive and addresses any concerns we have.

If I could give less stars I would. Honestly she doesn’t listen at all had her back turned to me, made me feel pretty uncomfortable.. why are you in the rheumatologist field if you have no good energy?? Towards people you’re supposed to care about. I had my first visit in Feb this year… all she did was say we don’t do something here im thinking 🤔 uh okay? I told you I had sickle cell trait not to test me for it again. Make it make sense. Why can’t these people find another job they’re actually interested in. Instead of just... read more
