Office management and service staff have been amazing the last yr. Service has improved tremendously from prior years.
Highly not recommended. Especially if you own a car. They're great about notifying you about free snow cones but can't take a second to notify residents of changes to the parking areas which result in exorbitant towing fees. Callous, despicable management! Reading through the other reviews I see I'm not the only one. They'll tow YOUR cars that are LEGALLY parked, but people without a parking pass sticker can park in the designated spot that YOU pay for and no one will do a damn thing!!!!! Yeah, I pay for spot 22.
