Aspen Heights is the hell of Pullman. I signed a lease last year around December and tried to get out of it in January due to the living situation changing and it feeling like it would’ve been unsafe for me. I called, I emailed, I tried their text line, I emailed their manager and I heard nothing. When I did, I was told I would receive a relet form and never did. I don't know how the new management is, but when I lived there it was almost impossible to get a straightforward response. I had to go in almost every month because I was double charged on portions of my rent. I had to physically go in the office because when I called (if they decided to answer) I would be told "oh my manager will fix that" and the problem was never actually fixed. not great apartments. management changed while i lived there, not sure how the new management is because i moved out. old management wasn't the best. roommates dog was going to the bathroom in the apartment and they didn’t really do anything about it until we pressured then to. another roommates bathroom flooded. they don't use it anymore but they had a large bus that couldn't drive in the snow causing me to get stranded at campus while it was snowing hard. we waited for around an 1 hour in the snow and eventually our proper... read more

I’ll start with before me and my two roommates even moved in. We requested an earlier move in date, but were denied that request by management because the place still needed to be cleaned. Upon moving in, there were dead bugs scattering the floor, dusty footprints, trash, etc. We were assured that we were the first people living in the unit, yet we found pimple patches and other items that we had to clean up when we moved in.
