Gross, management sucks, poor quality construction. Do not rent here.
Management is literally horrible. Dont live here unless you want to be in a constant state of annoyance.
We are co-signers on our son's lease. They have changed management companies multiple times in one year. There was an issue with our renewal lease, and it took over 5 phone calls to get a confirmation that the document was received with the correct monthly amount. Here we are on the first date of the new lease and the monthly amount is over $100 more than our lease agreement. Our son has gone to the office, and we have called and emailed. No response. Perhaps this review will get through.
Never received my deposit despite being told it was going to be sent back in March and I graduated in December. I was told over and over the same thing and got nothing back. I confirmed my new address with them and all due to specific circumstances. Bad management.
