I was charged an absurd amount on move out for cleaning services and "repair". They charged 300 to repaint a room with small nail holes for hanging a painting. They have no concept of general wear and tear. The total move-out charge well surpassed the monthly rent. It is absurd and every time I reached out to dispute, they basically said, "na you gotta pay". Currently in the process of filing a small claims court case as it is my only option.
