Terrible company. They literally lack competency to complete their one and only purpose - deliver a background check. Their system is inherently unsecure as it is easy to pass ABC numbers around. I have had this company clear a felon to work for me in the past. I hope Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and any other financial institution that uses its service reevaluate their relationship. Waste of time, waste of money, waste of energy.
