Great place to be.
For AP being a master planned community built back in the 80s, it is still in great shape and well maintained considering its size, age, and the dynamic weather patterns experienced by the area. There is ample green space, bike/walk trails, and amenities within minutes of your doorstep here, and it is magnificent. Love not having to drive much and this year especially, when I do have to go somewhere it is just quck & just for necessities, and it's honestly faster to just walk to Safeway or Walgreens than to drive.
