I have a family member attending here and I have joined with them for two sessions. As expected the first session was positive, good flow, and people had good understanding. The second session was chopped up by questions from the provider. Interjected questions interrupted each story answer. This fragmented the situation to the point that I began to mix up what was the most recent question he asked. There's a reason this place is rated less than a 4. The lady that handles the front desk and or billing is rude and completely believes she is right without even researching your concern. They have a long way to go to become a legitimate business. Half the time when you're there, you can't even find someone to pay your bill with. And when you arrive, you basically have to search for someone to let them know you are there. This place is incredibly disorganized and only cares about one thing and that is your money. Kami Roach is VERY unprofessional, very disrespectful and rude. She was a terrible family therapist and didn’t accomplish anything and then yelled and cussed at us. Will never be back nor will I recommend her or this office to anyone.
