AWFUL HOA
HOA is the worst i had assements that were 32$ and 29$ Not only the HOA is crap but the community is not nice and welcoming I had 2 people that started an argument with me for no reason i hope the cops come and put this Condo complex on investigation
Horrible condos ! BEWare!!! First off—parking! You pay for parking and each morning, you will have a conflict with a random person parking in your parking stall. Management and your landlord will do nothing to remedy the constant situation. If you’re not the owner of your unit, you cannot tow another car because you don’t have “ owing “ rights.
