HOA is the worst i had assements that were 32$ and 29$ Not only the HOA is crap but the community is not nice and welcoming I had 2 people that started an argument with me for no reason i hope the cops come and put this Condo complex on investigation

Horrible condos ! BEWare!!! First off—parking! You pay for parking and each morning, you will have a conflict with a random person parking in your parking stall. Management and your landlord will do nothing to remedy the constant situation. If you’re not the owner of your unit, you cannot tow another car because you don’t have “ owing “ rights. Do not buy or rent here. The hoa is criminally mismanaged. The units are old and filled with mold from the water damage due to the lack of siding on the building. I had to live without railings on the stairs for several months. The hoa makes bad decisions and you will pay for them through raised rents and nonsense assessments. It's a shame they can't be sued because they should be. Neighbors here are disrespectful and loud, the amenities like the pool and clubhouse are pretty much closed year round. I currently rent here and although I like the convenience of the close transit and stores, the neighbors are loud and rude. We live on the 2nd floor and the neighbors above all jump, stomp, who knows what, always making noise all day everyday. There's also no access to the condos game room or pool and no available parking.
