I worked with Bryce Larson to find a commercial space for my clinic. He went above and beyond to give me all the updated listings, as well as show me the spaces within a reasonable time. He is very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for all your help & time Bryce!

Aspen Group was an incredible partner in helping Down Home secure a lease for our new Bismarck location. Their team was professional, personable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our mission and needs, communicated clearly, and helped make what could have been a complicated process feel seamless. We’re grateful for their partnership and highly recommend Aspen Group to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trusted commercial real estate team!

$7000 a month on rent for not even 4000sqft of space is absolutely criminal. You can go across the street and rent the old HH building for $5,000 a month and it’s almost the same sqft. Insanity!

I had an incredible experience working with Charles from Aspen Realty! His expertise and dedication were invaluable in helping me close on my first property. Charles was always available to answer my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thankyou Aspen group.

Tried to buy property, never got back to me, sold it to another party with no communication despite several tries.
