It’s a convenient and motivating environment for staying consistent with your fitness goals. Highly recommend!
Overall good gym has just about everything one would need. Treadmills are maintained too. When one goes out it is quickly repaired. At in shape gym i remember running and treadmill would go out that is why I switched to this gym.good price too.
Great place for my age to workout. People are cool keep to their own.
Pros; open 24 hours a day, there’s a variety of machines. Not super packed. Cons; more expensive than other gyms, no sauna, really small, the bathrooms were filthy, and they’ve seem to think it’s okay to email me for not racking up some weights, I’ve been to some really exclusive gyms and that’s never happened.
This place is great but it needs an ab bench.
