Rude and don't care – We had a leak as soon as we moved into our home 11 months ago (a bucket has been under it for all that time, although they said it was fixed) When we got a big leak in the garage roof, they came out and turned the system off and said it needed a bigger valve. The next week his wife called and said the builder had agreed to pay for the valve and her husband would be out sometime in the week to install it. We waited 2 weeks..........no phone call and no visit. I called and they hung up on me twice!! 3 wee... read more
unsafe installation from Aspen Bid was competitive, but damage to HVAC was not repaired, installation was left in unsafe condition, work not completed per contract, and work installation not up to building code. They are not returning phone calls.
worst customer service – I had a problem with a leak it took forever for them to answer the phone and when they finally did they took my name and number and never called or resolved the problem. I would never recommend them or use their services ever again.
