I had used Aspen Fence Company twice over 13 years, and in the fall 2016 I requested another quote for more fencing and repairs to the existing fencing. Jeff, the business owner, took forever to contact me. He finally came out. I said that I wanted to have the work done in the spring 2017. He never sent me an estimate.
