Aspen Exterior is greatly lacking communication, organization and follow through! We ordered our Windows and Doors through Tavis the Sales Associate and were given an ETA of 6-8 weeks. Tavis took details, measurements and pictures (or so we thought) at our home of the project as we had two sliding glass doors; replacing one with a door and the other with two windows.
