I would recommend this to a friend! I love this place! They recently upgraded their cardio equipment and their staff is so friendly. The facility is well-kept and clean. I highly recommend this place!

Aspen East is Old and Shabby I was a member of Aspen East for a couple of years; the facility has gone noticeably down hill in the last year. It is dirty; they no longer offer towels and almost no one brings one with them; the temperature is frequently in the mid seventies. The machines are all old; the music is horrible; and the televisions don't have sound hookup. The place needs desperately to be updated and cleaned on a regular basis. I would never recommend it to anyone, and needless to say I am no longer a member.

Nice but Missing Classes I took a tour of this gym a few months ago. While the place is really nice and new, I felt a bit unimpressed. They did offer price packages that seemed reasonable, but I didn't feel that their facilities were large enough for me to want to pay all that money. The schedule of classes also was pretty much non-existent. Although this wasn't for me, I would not say that it was an awful gym, and I'd recommend at least checking it out.
