They were comprehensive with my care. From the minute I signed into the appointment they were helpful , answered my questions. I will definitely continue my services with them and recommend others to use their services.
I’ve had repeated issues with Aspen Dental, but the Ypsilanti office was the worst. The staff member repeatedly spoke over me, denied what I said, and when I tried to clarify my notes against their records, she insisted I was wrong. I know medical gaslighting is a problem.
