I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. I had a bad tooth pulled and two cavities filled. They took what insurance I had and helped me figure out a payment plan for what was leftover and how to make it easy for me. Everyone is incredibly friendly. This office is amazing from beginning to end
The staff was absolutely fantastic and efficient in every way. total time spent there including when i checked in, to getting xrays, and then getting my assessment. 1 hour. incredible service and an absolute shoutout to samhara for her amazing work and general warmth. 10/10.
When I walked in the door and received a warm welcome from the front staff, I could already tell that I made the right choice in coming to Aspen Dental in Lexington. From the initial greeting, to the X-rays, the dentist consultation and finally, the deep cleaning (I am too embarrassed to tell you how long it’s been since I stepped foot into a dentist’s office), all the members of the staff were conscientious, welcoming and never judged me for my lack of stewardship towards my dental health. I had a bad experience with the previous place I went to get a root canal and I didn’t want to return after I found out I was having some issues with the same tooth that recently had the root canal on, so I found Aspen and they have been so great. The staff were all warming and welcoming. The dental hygienist listened and answered all my questions I was curious about.
