So people complain the man doesn't do small talk...well I like that. I'm here to get a tooth worked on, not tell the dentist my deepest secrects.
This is the McDonald's of the Dental industry. My wife had one of her teeth crack the day after Christmas so we scheduled an extraction of the cracked tooth. We arrived and for the most part the staff was friendly and nice but Doctor Matthew Brady is by far the most unprofessional individual and honestly I can not believe he is allowed to practice. Well on the phone making the apartment they were very good and professional helped me get my anxiety down about the dentist but when I went to my appointment I was in extreme pain and needed help I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time to go get examined everyone was ok but the dentist was very rude and not understanding of the anxiety and pain I was in it almost made me cry because of how disrespected I felt I will never go back to Aspen ever again
